The High Plains Heritage Center strives to help the public remember the past of this colorful region, by recording the history of those who lived it. The permanent collection at the museum features a treasure trove of more than 85,000 artifacts, including historic photos, immigration records, newspapers, and much more. The center is located south of downtown, near the Broadwater Bay Park.
